Peter Chang
Chief Executive Officer
With more than 40 patents to his name and 15 years experience in the fiber optics industry, Mr. Chang founded AFOP in 1995. Previously, Mr. Chang spent five years at Hon Hai Foxxcon Group in Taiwan, where as Division Manager, he established and managed the company's fiber optics division. Prior to that, Mr. Chang was an engineer at Allied Signal and a Member of the Technology Staff at Lucent Bell Labs.
Mr. Chang has a BS degree in mechanical engineering from National Taiwan University and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

David Hubbard
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
A seasoned veteran of the fiber industry, Mr. Hubbard joined AFOP in 1996 from Tracor/AEL Industries, where he served as Director of Marketing/Business Development. Prior to that, he spent nearly 10 years at AMP Inc. (now owned by Tyco International) directing the business office for the LYTEL fiber transceiver division.
Mr. Hubbard earned his BS degree in physics from State University of New York and holds an MS degree in physics from the University of Connecticut.

Wei-shin Tsay
Senior Vice President, Product Development
Dr. Tsay brings over 18 years of fiber optics experience to AFOP. Most recently, he was Director of Marketing for the Asia/Pacific region for the Transmission Systems Division of JDS Uniphase. He also held other engineering and operational management positions within JDS Uniphase. Previously, Dr. Tsay spent 14 years in AT&T Bell Labs and Lucent Microelectronics in technical and product management roles.
Dr. Tsay holds a Bachelor of Science in physics from the National Tsing-Hua University in Hsin-Chu, Taiwan , a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University, and a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Rochester.
